Please let me start by saying that Barry, your representative did an excellent job in the service he provided for me. He was always professional, courteous, and extremely patient with me. He always answered all my questions thoroughly and I know in some instances I literally asked the same question over and over when I didn’t understand, but he would always take the time and explain it again. I so appreciate your honesty with me. It aided me in making an informed decision which at the end of the day was best for me, as well as, offer me more peace of mind. I wouldn’t have felt as comfortable as working with anyone but Barry. He does a great job. And he ” returns calls” So many people in the business industry now a days say they will follow up and you never hear from them. That’s not Barry’s MO though. “Very smooth process start to finish.”
It was nice working with Mr. Barry. He did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. I received a building violation and didn’t have the money or time to fix it. I also had a tenant who wasn’t paying. I called in and One Piece Solutions bought the house with the tenants and closed in 2 weeks. Very smooth process start to finish.

After my boyfriend passed away, I no longer had the will to finish this rehab project. I was way in over my head. A friend of mine who recently sold her property referred me to One Piece Solutions. Before then I had a previous buyer back out due to Covid-19 and thought it would be impossible to sell this property since it needed everything.
